AI Assessment
Fixed price 4,990 € net. Three weeks. At the end you know where you stand and what needs doing.
For whom
For companies where AI is already in use, whether officially introduced or brought in by staff on their own, and where nobody can say with certainty what is in use, what risks come with it and who is accountable for it.
How it runs
Week 1: conversations. I talk to management, IT and the departments that work with AI. About half a day of your time, spread over several short meetings.
Week 2: analysis. I compile which AI tools and systems are in use, what data they work with and which EU AI Act category they fall into. For purchased products I review the vendor’s documentation.
Week 3: results. I present to management, in one meeting, what I found and what follows from it.
What you have at the end
One document in three parts:
- The list: which AI is used in the company, where, by whom, with what data.
- The classification: how the EU AI Act categorises each of these applications, and where obligations arise, such as training, documentation or oversight.
- The next steps: what is urgent, what can wait, roughly what it costs.
Nothing more. No hundred pages nobody reads.
What it is not
Not legal advice. Where a classification needs a legal opinion, I say so and frame the question for your lawyer. Not a certification. Not a decision in favour of any product.
Afterwards
You implement the next steps yourself, with me or with someone else. The assessment commits you to nothing.
