Custom software and system integration
I build applications, interfaces and platforms. I work with AI coding agents, which take on much of the implementation work. The technology follows your environment, not my habits: with coding agents, the stack is no longer the constraint. What stays constant is that I review and answer for every result. You receive source code, repository, pipeline, tests and documentation.
Bringing AI into existing processes
I connect AI features to the systems you already run, for example reading documents, pre-sorting requests or combining data from several sources. With clear data flows, logging, and a person who can check the results.
Introducing coding agents in your own team
For engineering leaders who want their team to work with coding agents: workflow, rules, review steps, measurement. I run my own development environment this way and show what works and what doesn’t.
For whom: managing directors and IT leads in mid-sized companies with a concrete software or integration project; software companies and engineering leaders.
Pricing: a fixed price per stage where possible, otherwise daily rate, after a first conversation about scope. After every stage, everything belongs to you, even if you continue with someone else.
Governance by Design
Included in every project:
- an overview of data flows and the AI services involved
- a decision log: what was decided, and why
- monitoring in operation, so you notice when something changes
- a handover that lets any other company take over
The AI assessment
For companies that first want to know where they stand with AI, what risks their use of AI carries and who is accountable for it. Fixed price 4,990 € net, results after three weeks. Details on the assessment page.
Implementation
Whatever gaps the assessment shows, I close them with you, for example:
- an AI policy that fits your company and that your staff understand
- training and guidance for staff who work with AI, as part of the AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act (Article 4)
- review of purchased AI products: what the supplier is responsible for, what you are
- a management system to ISO/IEC 42001, if customers or auditors ask for it
Ongoing support
If you don’t want to create a position for this, I take on the role permanently: keep the inventory current, classify new applications, interpret regulatory changes, act as contact for auditors and customers. Monthly fee by scope.
For whom: companies with roughly 50 to 1,000 employees that use or are introducing AI.
How I work
It starts with a question that can be measured. Decisions are made on numbers, not opinions. A person stays accountable, even when tools do much of the work. That applies to my software as much as to my consulting.
